The issues with the lease. I would say that you want to know what is happening if this sol is on holiday there must be someone else there that can deal with this.

Its only him in the practice so no one else can help. Have spoke to our EA (finally) and everyone is on the same wave length in that they have never heard of this problem, nor had any notices that the law had changed etc.

I think we just have to ride it out now. Luckily our buyer is happy waiting for moment. However, how long that will last is anyones guess.

    Hi Charliestwins

No I don't have twins, I have 13 months between mine. One is 14 months old and one is 7 weeks old! We lost my dad when I was 7 months pregnant, so it has been a pretty stressful time. But both children are happy and healthy so that is all that matters now.

Wish I could magic up a buyer for our house as we are busting at the seams here! It's hard to keep it looking unchilded for viewings with all the stair gates and fireguards and toys.

Good luck pink68 - maybe they weren't proceedable before and are ready now. Or maybe something else. Have your EAs told you what their position is?

apparently last time they looked they had no offer on theirs, but now they have an offer and are keen to move quickly.

as we want to buy a house which has yet not been built it will mean us moving into rented until at least christmas but i am ok with that if the price they offer is high enough.

i kinda know the family through the childrens school so i'm sure they wouldnt be messing us about but they may be doing second viewings elsewhere too..dont know that yet.
