Well thats me had an offer, £500 less than the asking price and only 2 weeks after going on the market, sold to the first person that came to see it as well. Cash buyers who want in asap.
It's not done and dusted but fingers crossed!0 -

we fell in love with a property mainly cos it was in the very very small area that we wanted to move too so we could be closer to my parents, and ended up beg steal and borrowing money to buy it before we sold ours, it needs full renovation and we have been doing it for 5-6 months now, getting to the stage where we need to sell ours to buy kitchen, bathroom etc for the new one. also paying 2 mortgages is never good.
Got a viewer for Sunday though so tightly crossing fingers and toes for that, they are a cash buyer
Thank you to all posters0 -

Good luck for the viewings MB, BornAtTheRightTime and anyone else! Congrats on your offer CardinalBiggles, so soon too!!
Looks like my house may be going back on the market soon...unless my buyer increases her price to me to cover my costs for waiting for them to exchange/complete....sigh...

MB, fingers crossed...I'm in our bathroom at the moment, bored and with nothing to sit on except the bath...
It's been interesting....
The funniest thing was that they packed our recyling we were going to take tonight to the recycle centre...:rotfl:
The looniest thing was one of the men packed all the fridge and freezer goods including icecream...How he thought it would last a night in the van i don't know...Needless to say we'll be writing a letter about that as we did lose some things like loaves that had defrosted before we realised and that won't now last until next week, oh and our lunch for Saturday...
The joys of moving....:D0
