  • Welcome Chyna-s

all you stuck in a chain of no news, just a thought but your estate agents are the only people wh can actually talk to all sides. maybe a big kick up their bum (or a polite phone call) may get you a litle news as to what the delays are.

Still waiting for a buyer or a veiwer or anything on mine. Raining here now as well *sigh*

Chyna-s One thing I will say is why not put it on now? We wanted to view a house but only had one day to fit it in - the owners refused as they were due to get new carpets fitted that week. We explained we didnt mind the state of the carpets etc and we really only had that day, but still was refused. We had sold. They possibly lost out on a sale. They are still for sale over 8 months later.
  • Kymie that seems strange,m i would have grabbed you with both hands and dragged you in to view LOL :)

Just when i was thinking we had things sorted removal company has called back to say that actually after looking at the diary again someone is now off on our moving day and they don't know whether they can do it....

Problem is we can't move any other day now so we may have to find another removal firm at this late stage....:(

I tell you luck took one look at us and ran out the door! :rotfl:

Can't believe how bad this year is...

Just hoping that once we move things will ease a little. Hopefully being out of this mould and leaky infested joint will help as well...

I suppose we could - if the EA's think it could go on straight away then I don't see why not (although photo's can't go up as every room still needs finalising). Wow - we could be 'up for sale' by the end of the week! :T

The estate agents have impressed me for once today. The new price has made it into the local paper with only a day's notice! It's not changed on rightmove thought and I'd have imagined that would be quicker to do.
NEH - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things get sorted quickly for you. It's about time your luck changed.
Chyna-s - Good luck with the agents.

  • i think the EA's email rightmove then its up to Rightmove to get it done (as far as i know, maybe wrong)m so more on Rightmoves head that one.

but pat on back of EA's (for once) for doing their job lo
