Well that's my first viewing done!! Don't think they were very interested! lol only here about 5 mintes - looked at all the rooms briefly and left! Take it that's not a good sign?!!!!

Hard to tell - they might have already decided they love it from the particulars and the viewing was just to check that it was as good in real life. The might only take 5 minutes.

Or they might have concluded straight away that its really not what they thought and its not for them.

But I'm sending lots of good vibes that its really the former and they totally love it and make a nice fat offer....

Hope you're back to full health soon :)

Just had a call from the EA to give us feedback on our viewing. Aparently she really loved the house - especially the master bedroom in the loft but doesnt like the area so it's a no-go! Shame she didnt look into the area first but hey ho at least I have got my first viewing over with!!!

That's a shame, as you say though at least the first one is out of the way, and should be much easier next time when you're feeling better :)

I use it all the time, it's a great little tool. Mainly for buyers yes, but can be useful to suss out the competition too, or just to be nosy! From what I can remember you have to download it but then that's it, all the info shows on Rightmove and some other property sites. You need Firefox to use it but it's even worth the hassle of downloading that- love it :D

I was always an IE user but quite like Firefox now (you can have both of course, and just use FF for Property Bee, but I use it all the time now). It will just say if there have been any changes to the description, which includes any price changes. If you want me to look PM me the RM link and I'll PM the results back

I use it all the time, It's slowly being rolled out across Scotland for the Solicitors Property Centres as well...As it tracks all changes I know if people are getting desperate...The only time it doesn't work is if someone changes EA or Solicitors...
