You're going into rented aren't you? If you are start looking now, it took us nearly 3 months to find something....

I think we should be ok on the rental front as bro has a rental property with tenants moving out in Sep...there are also a couple of other interim short term options, but will need to look into it more when we have something in concrete from buyers.
Bad luck on your rental...let's hope you can find somewhere suitable, it's all such a pain, every step of the way is hard work in buying/selling/renting

vet8 - Been on market since March, loads of viewings, I have lost count. 1 good offer but buyer had not got his house on the market yet! Another absolute joke offer, turned it down, they increased it twice and I reluctantly accepted even though it is way below the asking price. Now they are faffing around.
