Guy goes to look at our studio flat and decides it's too small. Duh it's a studio flat I am thinking and one of the bigger onees at that... Anyway the assistant that rang me said she did the viewing and then he started talking about the kids :eek:


Turns out he thought it would be alright for his wife and two young children but when he saw it it was too small for the 4 of them...:eek:

It's a studio flat, enough room for 2 at a push but 4 and two being children, I can't decide if the guy was off his head or maybe was foreign and coulnd't afford anything in the area....

That's crazy! So infuriating that people don't LOOK at the details...what did they expect? A studio flat with the square footage potential to make 5 extra bedrooms??!

Buyers are bikers lol. But they came in quite agressive/low, and wouldn't increase from opening offer. Took it after a sleepless night.

vet8 - Been on market since March, loads of viewings, I have lost count. 1 good offer but buyer had not got his house on the market yet! Another absolute joke offer, turned it down, they increased it twice and I reluctantly accepted even though it is way below the asking price. Now they are faffing around.
