Thanks - we just received an offer from the first couple that came for £150k which is £10k less than our advertised price - we had already knocked the value from £170k to £160k but will think about this new offer and wait to see if anyone else that viewed it this week be making an offer on it too.

Just catching up...Been away for our summer holiday (real money saving staying with family this year) Anyway because of my long term health condition I am now paying for the holiday so can't catch up on everyone's news....Would someone mind telling me in a nutshell who has sold, who has possibly sold, who has given up (probably a few of us there ) I would be most grateful....

We had one more viewing whilst we were away, absolute joke and soo funnyin a way and incredulous at the same time...

Guy goes to look at our studio flat and decides it's too small. Duh it's a studio flat I am thinking and one of the bigger onees at that... Anyway the assistant that rang me said she did the viewing and then he started talking about the kids :eek:


Turns out he thought it would be alright for his wife and two young children but when he saw it it was too small for the 4 of them...:eek:

It's a studio flat, enough room for 2 at a push but 4 and two being children, I can't decide if the guy was off his head or maybe was foreign and coulnd't afford anything in the area....
