Have not found anywhere to buy so looks like I will be renting and watching my savings from equity dwindle away.....meanwhile houses seem to be getting close to asking prices around here now.....if that continues I will be priced out anyway lol

still not exchanged yet so not building my hopes up...as we all know.it's not over til the fat lady/solicitor sings

LOL! Yes I think we could, are you near exchange now? What are you doing then asking for a month or so between exchange and completion so you can find a rental?

I know what you mean re cleaning, and I am a clean freak!

yes I hope to get a few weeks between exchange and completion although my buyers have been so patient so far I dont want to push them too much !

I long for the day when I can say to my kids....this is it, this is where we will stay, that's all I am trying to achieve ...holding my breath for myself whilst crossing various body parts for you is not easy !

Hi everyone

Had my first viewing last Friday and got feedback from it this morning, they liked how it's decorated etc, but thought it was a little bit small

It's a one bed bungalow which compared to a lot of other one bed places I saw when I was buying it has very good dimensions, so not sure how that works!

Fingers crossed will get some more people in soon anyway

We haven't had any feedback from our 2 viewings last week so rang ea. She said that viewers had other propeties to view( how dare they!) so she had waited a week to give them chance to view before phoning them for feedback so should know something tomorrow. How long have others had to wait before getting feedback?
I am sick of cleaning too so have let it slide a bit this weekend, ahhh the freedom of a sinkful of pots
