stil no viewings for us my plan to put in an offer for house we had seen then drop our price for a quick sale fell at the first hurdle the venders had had loads of interest (not suprising considering price) a few offers and had accepted one of them the day i rang up. after only 1 week on the market guess it really is all down to price. problem is all the other houses on that estate (which is where we really want to move to) are 20k more than that one so we need to stick to the price we are at again. just to put it in context im talking prices under 120k so 20k difference is a lot. oh well god loves a tryer maybe we will get lucky soon. 1yr 8mnths on the market now it has to happen soon. good luck to everyone else.:coffee:i find a cup of tea can solve most problems:coffee:
 but alcohol solves them all

Well I have had 2 viewings today , one last night and one last Wed ( wow it seems so strange saying that after 12 months of nothing ) My house has never been so tidy , mind you opening cupboard might be a dangerous game with all the things shoved in them out of sight !! I suppose I just have to go back to the waiting game now and pray someone wants a second viewing.0

If you look on The Sun local classifieds website, there's an option there to filter for rentals that allow pets.

Has anyone tried extra promotion like putting cards in shops/windows etc? Im very tempted, even though I know I would still have to give EA the money, at least its worth a try? What do you think? Anyone have any other ideas?0

Large hospitals sometimes have boards. Ours does. Rapid turnover of material too. This might apply to other large employers I'd imagine, but you might need someone 'on the inside.'0
