We're still looking but although I usually make some positive noises (it would be rude not to) I never say anything about coming back because until we get outside and compare opinions I can't know what the OH thinks of it. I guess if we found "the one" it might be different but I don't think that's going to happen. I'm doing a 2nd viewing tomorrow and will hopefully offer after although we haven't seen the HIP yet because the company that did it have gone bust. I was told that it is over a year old anyway so the house has obviously been on the market for a long time. Property Bee only shows it as having been on since about October but I know they have changed agent.0 -
