Good luck pawpurrs, things are looking up at last.

Update from us. After yesterdays rant at solicitor, we got a call at 11 am, correspondence ready for collection, including preliminary enquiries from buyer.. Collected at lunchtime & returned all filled in at 3pm. At least we feel that the ball is now rolling, just have to keep it moving!

Will ring the EA in the morning to find out how todays viewing went, expect it will be a no go, if it is I am going to accept the other offer, which is higher than the last people by 5k, and hope that its third time lucky for me.
I shall be moving in to rented possibly, certainley not buying on immediately, circumstances dicate that we cant do that at the moment anyway, so no choice in the matter, however we will have the fun of finding a LL that will take us and our pets.
I would like to keep it on the market, as back up, I wouldnt Gazump as I dont believe in that, but having been let down so many times, I am nervous about it all. However this person is a vendor with my agents and they are reluctant to do that.

Congrats PP; again I'm dying to know what the odd situation is. You must promise us all to tell when you're all done and dusted! (btw-yes, my smeg is a retro one and is gorgeous; it's the prettiest kitchen appliance I've ever owned!)

I've still only got the one viewer booked for Saturday; have decided not to get stressed about the whole house selling experience anymore; if it sells then so be it!

    Almost there, pawpurrs!:j

OK so you have pets, but we found most landlords were pretty flexible, even those who have 'no pets' in every ad. That's their 'insurance' against 3 rottweillers and a snake!

Even with our two cats &two ferrets, most agencies didn't bat an eyelid; not that they come indoors, but they're not able to police that.

Well not quite allmost there, as you and I well now, its only a offer, been here before! But its a step in the right direction, and hopefully these ones will follow through!

Ellie what colour is your smeg, mines boring old cream (but it was free, sort of tesco points) Good luck with the viewing.
