Hi
Is quiet here, EA said he's had a few enquiries but so far have only had the one viewing. Things had seemed to pick up here, but I wonder if they're beginning to stick again, grrr !
Good luck to all

Our for sale board has just gone up and I've checked out the right move link - its all very real now and I'm scared we won't get a single viewing, despite doing everything possible to make sure its the most saleable property in the local area“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

Hey Pawpurrs what was the feedback from yesterday? Keeping everything crossed for you!0
-
feedback from my viewers at the weekend was that they thought the house was 30k over priced... How annoying?? they knew the price before they came. it looks exactly like the pics and they said it was a lot bigger than they expected.
time wasters! grrrr. no doubt it'll be another 6 weeks till the next viewing.
how's everyone else doing?0 -
The house that we lost has now got SOLD across it on rightmove
i was really hoping they would drop out. The buyer said he could complete in 21days that works out a week before we go to Bulgaria, it will be just my luck that it will fall through while we are on holiday.
We are seriously considering the house we saw the other day, just need to get my builder round to have a look to make sure we can do what we need to to suit our needs.
A few questions...
we have had our fixture and fittings pack from solicitors it asks what we are leaving even down to the loo roll holder :rotfl:it says we need to send it back asap but i dont no what we will be leaving till we have found somewhere for us. Is this ok ?
Our buyer had the survey done on Tue will i get a copy of the results too ?
Toshy, sounds like your viewer is contradicting themselves, " bigger than expected but over priced " i hope you get some more positive viewings soon.
Pawpurrs anymore news on your buyers ?
Phillipa36 good luck

Seeing a house in pictures and then viewing it for yourself are 2 very different things, that's why people view houses, to get a better idea of their value as well as their suitability. So if they think it's overpriced, after viewing, then they're entitled to say that, it's after all only their opinion.
Or it could just be a negotiation tactic.0 -
Charliestwins, either just put no not leaving if not sure, or let them know that you wont be filling it in untill the chain is complete.
Well I have tied up sale number three, lets hope this one goes through, as I said its a little more than the last sale but still quite a bit less than the first one I tied up last year. And less than I paid three years ago. Hope the market stays stable untill my sale has gone through, then it can drop like a stone! :rotfl: Buyer does not require a mortgage and may not be having a survey even, but will be having a builder look at it (family member)Pawpurrs x0 -
Thanks Pawpurrs, i think i will put not sure on things like curtains etc
I found out this afternoon that the house that we saw the other day has had an offer on it. 4 days on the market 2 viewers ( inc me) and the other people have offered  they said they wont except / decline the offer till sat afternoon if i wanted to have another look. Ive going to look sat at 11am and im taking my builder round to.
Houses dont seem to be sticking round long by me at the mo.
Good luck with your sale Pawpurrs i really do hope 3rd time lucky for you.Mad mum to 4, boy 17, boy 10, boy 10 and girl 7
