not-loaded, I think you've made her a very generous 'offer', and she should bite your arm off for the house...maybe you could tell the EA to put a time-limit on it? She lets you know in 48 hrs, or you retract the offer of the £3k and put the house back on the market? As you say if she's moaning about £10k, who knows how much more she will want you to reduce later down the line?

X-T cancellations are annoying...no-shows are even worse :(

Elona congrats on it being over, how fab, onwards to buying then!

MB - I hate that too, no feedback, so you're left hanging and hoping :S

I have some slightly positive news. We had a viewing today whilst I was out. EA told me not to get my hopes high just yet, but the viewing went very well. Viewers (Investors looking for BTL) loved the house much more than a more expensive, smaller property. They are going away to check their finances etc, so the EA said it is possible that they may put in an offer today/over the weekend/Monday. Having said that he also said they may go away and change their mind, so no point in getting over excited just yet.

I can tell you though, my heart was thumping and I suddenly lost my appetite :S

PLEAAAAASSSSEE send all the good luck vibes you can for an offer (let's hope it's decent too!)

    GRRRRR.

I have written on here earlier about how the first guy to make on offer on our place still had not put his house on the market after 7 weeks, so we went with a much lower offer, as at least they were in a good position. Last night our EA telephoned. Our buyers have had trouble with their buyers. As they had heard nothing from them they chased them up and after several weeks they had still not appointed a solicitor.

WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH PEOPLE??

Anyway, they have blown them out of the water and found a new buyer who is also a FTB and in a good position.

But, I cannot believe how people sod about, if they want a house why not get moving?
