Hi Mark, good luck with the third viewing, must mean they're very keen, fingers crossed for an offer soon :)

Ok so the 3rd viewer came back with an offer :j

Then the EA told me the offer - £20k below the asking price!!!!

Turned it down and she has gone away to think about it,,,

well geting an offer is good, hopefully they will come back with something better.

heygringo - I agree with whats been said so far, a sunnier outside pic would definately help and any thing you can make more neutral will probably help. I'd maybe just go for a plain white duvet on the bed.
I like quite floral duvets but have washed and ironed a white one (took forever ironing it) so ive put it on my summer duvet and put it under the bed, so the plan is to swap them over when people come to view.

    Update from viewings:

    Viewers No. 1 according to EA cannot afford to offer me the right sort of money I need and also the parking issue, EA did mention that the yellow lines were going to be removed but that did not sway them. I went back to say what did they have in mind, but think it's a no-go;

Viewers No.2: did not know area very well and basically said the house was perfect but not the location or the parking situation.

Viewer No. 3 - no feedback yet...

    Sigh...:(

keep smiling az - fingers crossed for viewer number 3 :)

does any one think the bedroom pics look to dark? as they aren't actualy dark rooms.
And if anyone has any input on the price that would be good as I really didnt know what to put it up at.

Thanks, yes I had four EA value it, and they came out at 145, 155, 160, 170 hence my confusion. I want a quick sale becuase ive seen a house i like, but at the same time I paid 161,500 plus 3,000 on upgrades (flooring tiling, garden etc) so anything under 165,000 im already loosing money, but I guess thats to be expected given how the markets gone. :(
  • Its very nice, you have the same kitchen as me, handles, oven and everything haha

Could they not take the picture of the first bedroom without showing that its taken from the hall, makes it look like its too small to get in and take the picture and it looks really nice.

i really like it. i think they were right when they say "VIEW NOW!! " :)

i really dont know your area or were it actually is but based on our house prices were im from it seems to be priced right and cant see why it shouldnt go

I will miss my kitchen the most i think, had to pay to have it upgraded to those units as I thought their standard kitchen looked a bit cheap (as it probably was lol). Good point about the bedroom, I may email them a pic as i took one from right up against the window, which gievs a better idea of the size of the room. there is actualy a computer and a chair in it, but u can't see them at all.
