The survey/valuation is taking place today after 3.5 weeks of offer accepted....hopefully my buyers will be happy with the outcome and we can move one step closer to exchange....fingers crossed.0

im from Bridlington too, aint that strange haha
£174,950 seems a bout right for yoru kind of property in our area, a buyer will probably want to knock you down a bit just cos thats what they do. up to you if you take it of course.
4 bed one up for £180,000 thats SSTC so you should have no problems really i would think

Sorry rushed reply got another removal company round to quote this afternoon, looks fine, maybe declutter the bathroom a bit and take out some of the ornaments but apart from that it looks fine....0 -
I know people have asked this before but i was just wondering what freesites you all use, as id never heard of Gumtree until someone said on here so there must be more. As well as my estate agent whi use rightmore, fish etc i use:-

Heard from estate agent today and buyers want to complete in 6 weeks. We were hoping for longer due to children and schools and things but are thinking sooner could be good. Valuation is happening on Friday and buyers coming round to do measuring on Saturday.
I am off to York to investigate more schools and houses - really hope I can find somewhere that ticks all the boxes. Husband's job here finishes on Friday and new one in York starts on 4th May - luckily he has accomodation paid there for a while which makes it a bit easier.
Really hope valuation is OK but think we should be all right.0 -
