does any one think the bedroom pics look to dark? as they aren't actualy dark rooms.
And if anyone has any input on the price that would be good as I really didnt know what to put it up at.
    any comments are much appreciated
    Thanks
Can’t comment on the price, but you could look at nethouseprices to see recent sales.

That’s one of the best Rightmove presentations I’ve seen in a long time! I wouldn’t worry about the bedroom pics. The camera reduced the exposure because of the bright windows, but you can easily see what’s there. A lovely house well presented!

Putting the parking & location to one side, why not create an AIP which could have been a help if the parking etc had not been an issue, especially for those not from the area. We have to have a HIP by law, so I've gone one step further & created our AIP.
Snap! We’ve done exactly the same, and although a lot of our viewers are local, a lot are surprised to see what there is nearby. For the out-of-towners it gets a good response. I just wish they’d buy the place!

PS: I’d say the bathroom suite is ‘ivory’. There are loads of weird descriptions like Champagne and Indian Ivory, but I feel ‘ivory’ sounds sophisticated compared to ‘pale ripe banana colour’. :D

Lovely house Maya, your kitchen is similar but an upgraded/nicer version of mine! :D

Agree about the bedroom pic, would be worth taking it at a different angle..

We have to have a HIP by law, so I've gone one step further & created our AIP. Area Information Pack. I've listed all schools, college's, supermarkets, major stores, restaurants & public houses, local market day, public transport inc train station, motorway access, recreational facilities, parks, baths, gym's, etc. etc.

Like they say at ASDA (which is listed) "Every little helps")

Lol, now that we've established it's Tesco :p, Heygringo could you let me know how you went about doing an AIP - was it something you did yourself/any costs involved etc? I will go google in the meantime, but good idea, thanks :)

Az, I simply typed up all the info I figured a prospective buyer would need/like to know, to help with their understanding of what's in the area.

No costs involved whatsoever. Just added our details ie property address, our name & contact details etc. as the title at the top of the page & simply saved it, then I'm able to print one off on to an A4 sheet to hand out when required.

I came up with the initials AIP which just fell in nicely with the official HIP that's required by law.
