Garden is nice. says you have reduced it for quick sale, do properties in your area go for a lot then?

you seem to have lots of things, lots of very nice pictures but maybe they detract from the room its self slightly and maybe try neutral all one color bedding. there seems to be a lot of different colors in one room with furniture etc.

of course there is nothing at all wrong with your home but if you are appealing to families you may want to consider a slight makeover to neutral colors and color scheme, clear away some of your personal things and have the pics done again

please dont take that the wrong way, it is only my opinion and i dont want to offend you

sure the others will give you their diffrent view as well

Heygringo - seems like a lovely house, but shame that the front of the house pic was taken on such a grey, cloudy day! Can you get them to re-take the outside photos on a nicer, sunnier day? I see one pic of the outside ones has blue sky! Just a thought

We are waiting for a phone call to arrange to view a rental property that might be suitable although not ideal.

No more word from our buyers- just hope their buyers (FTB)- do not get cold feet and derail the whole thing. Have found their property and they seem to have beautifully restored and developed a period, one of a kind house.
