    I did that - got 5 viewers and a reply from a British chap who wanted to exchange our house for his 4 bed in France !!!! Very nice but not really suited to our needs !!!

    House has been on the market for a week now and no viewings at all booked.

    Im worried but what can you do really? Nothing

    Looks good but no don't worry we've had one viewing in just over 2 months, just the way things are unfortuantely...

    Yip, we've got a flat though so we're a limited market either FTB, divorcees or people who work in that area during the week...

    You may be better though as yours is a house and it's modern. Ours does need a new bathroom and ktichen (both work fine but need replacing none the less)

    We, so far have wasted 6 weeks with our EA, not a single viewing. So take heart, who knows what's round the corner. I'm placing our property on every free property site I can find.
