Quick update, house is going up with second agency tonight. Their brochure was good but pics weren't that great, especially front of house (looked a bit gloomy and grey) so I sent them several of my own to pick from instead (loving my Nikon D40!) which they've used, as well as an extra one from my lot for the garden.

hope your paying them less for you having to do the pics Azkaban
good luck

Woo hoo another viewing for this Thursday (number 8)! Still no more info on the one from last week who was relocating, liked our flat but had more to see.
I think this is the first time that we have had 2 possible buyers (i.e. viewers who haven't yet said 'no') at the same time.
Good luck twisty - I now thrive on other people's good luck in the (temporary) absence of my own

ps - am now officially addicted to this thread - good luck all0 -

The vibes must have been really good!!!!
We got a phone call this afternoon with an offer :j but it is £14,000 less than our price which is already £40,000 down from the peak.
They want to move in really quickly so pointed out we would have to rent etc which would cost us money. Said we would phone the EA tomorrow and might suggest we meet in the middle for price.
Very little for rent in our town just now and no houses we really love on the market either.
We really did not expect a second viewing or an offer from them as they said they thought the house was too big for just the two of them."This site is addictive!"

We had our 2nd lot of viewers last night. A lovely young couple FTB's, who asked lots of questions and appeared keen. Whilst showing them the last bedroom she said to him "what do you think?" he said "well, there's nothing to think about is there, its lovely"
So, we shall see what the outcome of that is.
Will try and catch up on the posts tonight when i've got more time.LBM 01/01/11
