Nikym, good luck with some positive feedback from your viewing. I am totally obsessive - I call/email the agents the next day to ask/chase on feedback if I haven't had any, and I ALWAYS tend to look for positives from buyers' viewings, but it usually ends in disappointment
As you say - they always are positive and I think...oooh maybe this is the one...have been thinking/saying that for so long I've forgotten what proper good news is like lol! But this thread is fab for keeping updated on everyone's progress, and slowly but surely, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Congrats to mumof4 and elona.
Just had a viewing. Lady was very positive about the house (they always are) -but was surprised to learn we have 3 floors !
.....She has 12more houses to see.....
How do you compete with that
i love the way the viewers never seem to read the particulars before they come to look, 'oo you have three floors' or 'oh its a little big for us' Doh! :rotfl:
12 more houses- well someone has to win her over, you never know your house could be the one she is looking for
good luck
Thank you to all posters0 -

We're getting quotes for removal companies and storage so we can move into our relatives and it was quite funny yesterday, the layout of our current rental home baffled him...He had all his forms and the layout just wouldn't fit....:rotfl:
He said at the end i wouldn't like to have a drink in your house...:rotfl:0 -
maybe you should have a party with a prize for the drunk person to make it out first lol

Should do, it is a bit bizarre with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility room and toilet on the middle floor and then a bedroom and a bathroom on the 3rd floor, oh and did i mention we have 2 front doors...:rotfl:0 -

Ooh some good news here today! We have had an offer today as well! He offered at £130K then when we refused £132.500. We have dropped from £145, but really think we are going to take his offer. He is a first time buyer, finance all in place.
Doesn't feel real!0 -
