After posting a couple of days ago about how well it was all going - today it has all gone wrong :( Our buyers have delayed with their mortgage app and now it would seem that due to personal circumstances they are unable to complete the paperwork. So today our property has gone back on the market, we had two viewings this evening and another booked for Saturday. Fingers crossed that our house sells quickly again.

Good luck with the sale. Are you leaving Leamington???? I absolutely loved living there, Leamington is a very well kept secret.

We're hoping to move out of Leamington to a villiage just outside of Warwick so not far away. Leamington is a very nice place so don't want to be too far away from it!

Another quiet day today, although price change only went through this morning. Fingers crossed for weekend....

    Good luck to everyone else.

I know how you feel Little Lil, sometimes wonder if posting on here brings on fate !!!!?????

Thats happened to me .... let me think ..... how could I forget ??!!! ... 3 times now !!!!!

You've sold once so obviously someone loves your home - chances are you will sell again very quickly - hopefully your EA chasing up any previous enquiries ???

Easter weekend - classic for "drive bys" and viewings - fingers crossed for you.

ChocolateBunny - that's great news, just in time for Easter. Keeping my fingers crossed that it all goes ok.

Littlelil - really sorry to hear that, but like others have said, your house is obviously very sellable so I'm sure you will have no problem doing it again.

As for me, viewing on Friday turned out to be two trainee doctors and they decided to go for a different flat closer to the hospital.

Got home yesterday to an answerphone message saying that a woman would like to come and view it on Tuesday morning! So excited about that, and nice to get in some good news before Easter. Will let you know how it goes. Up to 7 viewings now (think our little talk with the EA must have worked).

    Happy Easter everybody!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments.

One of the viewers from yesterday wants a second viewing tomorrow so that might bring some good news. We also have another viewing at lunchtime tomorrow. EA is very confident we will sell quickly, I will just have to trust his judgement!

I feel for all you boys and girls that are trying to sell.
I sold my last house in 2007, not bought again yet, and before that in 2001 and I can honestly say the first one was probably the 2nd most stressful time of my life.
When I put the last one up for sale I vowed to not be in for any viewings, and let the EA earn their money. It was so much easier.
Good luck to you all. :)
