    I just had a call from EA saying we had our first viewing tonight!!
    Got all excited......
    10 mins later EA calls back to cancel!!

    i had a viewing (ages ago) and spent all day tidy the house and then pacing about in it waiting, and waiting and waiting. they never turned up.

    did the EA tell you why?

    oh just that his wife will not be home in time or something- and they are keen to see after the weekend...

    Trouble is me. I know i am too impatient. I already had the place sold and was planning moving out over the weekend in my head by the time I'd put down the phone........

    good look with all the paerwork/surveys etc
    luckily you will excahnge quicker that us as we had the blip with the electricals

    Saving £8k to add to house deposit - done:D
    8000/10,200 done 28 April (started jan 1 2010)
    Lose 2 stone/ -5/23 to go
    Sell our house and buy another one

    just phoned mine to tell them just to try and get that viewing back for me tonight- and guess what I think with a little effort he managed it.......

    The guy is going to call me later if he can make it- fingers crossed!!:T

  • Update - my FTB came back with an offer of £90K which I have accepted. I guess the really nervous bit comes next waiting for the survey to be done etc..

    Trying not to get too excited just incase something does go wrong - it is 1st April after all!!
