I just had a call from EA saying we had our first viewing tonight!!
Got all excited......

i had a viewing (ages ago) and spent all day tidy the house and then pacing about in it waiting, and waiting and waiting. they never turned up.
did the EA tell you why?

Update - my FTB came back with an offer of £90K which I have accepted. I guess the really nervous bit comes next waiting for the survey to be done etc..
Trying not to get too excited just incase something does go wrong - it is 1st April after all!!
