I hope everyone's having a good weekend whether you are viewing, having viewings, or like some lucky folk on here recently, packing up to move house. :T

I have now been under offer for 2 weeks, the survey was done here last week so they are cracking on with it.

Trouble is, I can't find anything to buy :eek: there is massive housing stock in the area I'm looking in but no-one seems to be putting it up for sale - eeek.

hi all well we received the confirmation of sales letter from our EA yesterday, solicitors are instructed so i think its now a case of waiting for survey to be done and solicitors to get in contact.

Going to see a house on wednesday asking price is £90k but its a repossession, been on the market a while and the bank has told the agent to accept offers as low as £79k. Very tempting. Looks like it has been well looked after from the pictures compared to other houses ive looked at so hopefully it will be suitable.
