Ah Kymie - fingers crossed for you hun.

I've not been on here much as having major issues with our property - it needs much more work done (post tenant) than we had hoped;/thought So it's taking a lot of time and cash sadly - no way we'll have it on the market by end Jan.

Hope everyone else is bearing up - any more new viewings? Goldengirl - how did yours go?

I have had a few viewers myself in the last week. Nipped out to the supermarket yesterday and the people on their 3rd viewing were still there. They said they were very interested so I am crossing my fingers too.

Just sat down to dinner and a knock at the door.........i answered and stood there is a bloke who wants to come back in 20 minutes to view the house!!!!!!!!!!

he was looking at another in the area, and noticed mine as he was going home.

I had to decline and suggested he ring the agents tomorrow to arrange a viewing

funny thing is i felt rude saying no...........

don't like to turn anyone away, as they might be our buyer

lets hope they make an appointment

If you were alone in the house you certainly did the right thing. Don’t knock yourself out if he never comes back. I hope everything goes well with hubby’s work! Bin there and done that!

We had three viewings for this weekend. Hooray! One cancelled 25mins before the appointment! Luckily another one later, so effort not wasted.

Today’s one sneakily cancelled via the EA website, so we didn’t know. I don’t usually check my email while polishing mirrors and cleaning windows. Found out when ‘no show’. :mad:
