Hi there. Sorry to hear about that. Did you pay by credit card as I understand that some people are claiming back on this.:mad:0

I would def try to get your money back before they go insolvent. If that happens your money is gone. Claims companies seem to be folding on a weekly basis.0

don,t use them even there own solicitors ATM are telling people to have nothing to do with them0

if i was you i would'nt go near these people or listen to their lies!
i had a sales man called Dean archer who told me my cards would be written off in 40 days this is a lie ATM have told me it will take atleast 12/18 months from now and this has already been going on since october last year! and even then i might not get the debt written off. ATM have now stopped doing work for kerobo because of their fake promises to there clients and they even tried selling a service of rushing your claim through that didnt exsist. do a search on kerobo claims on google and look
at all of the unhappy customers!0 -

You are quite right and even though the debt is "written off" you can still have that on your credit alert for up to 6 years as far as I am aware so this will effect your future borrowing.
Do it on this site and it will not cost you anything apart from postage and you get day to day advice on how to proceed.:mad:0 -

I don't think any of these write off companies will survive tbh. They are all collapsing like dominoes at the moment.0 -

(Kerobo claims used to use ATM solicitors until a couple of weeks ago) ATM did have a office right next door to kerobo but after kerobo starting selling insurance that did'nt exsist ATM stopped dealing with them and moved offices. this a copy of a email that atm sent to me a couple of weeks ago. this proves how kerobo runs there bussiness im surprised they havnt all ready been shut down!
We refer to the above claim, which we are dealing with on your behalf.
We are no longer accepting referrals from Kerobo Limited (“Kerobo”). This will not affect how we deal with your case. However other than to advise the case is complete and pay any required referral fee, we will only provide an update to Kerobo on request if you have written to us providing us with written authority to do so.
It has come to our attention that Kerobo have contacted a number of our clients to advise that their claim has been concluded. Further, Kerobo have written to a number of clients without our knowledge or authority offering or selling a legal indemnity policy and suggesting that we may undertake other legal work for them or deal with their case more quickly for payment of a fee. This is not the case.
Please therefore treat any request for further payment with caution and contact us if you have any concerns in this regard. We can confirm that Kerobo do not have our authority to sell legal indemnity or insurance policies on our behalf , they have no authority to use our letterhead and they have no authority to suggest what legal work or otherwise we may undertake for a client or advise a case we are dealing with is complete or will be dealt with more quickly.
If you are contacted by Kerobo , we would be grateful if you could let us know, so that we can take legal action against them should the need arise. You may also wish to make a complaint to the Ministry of Justice.
We apologise for any inconvenience and/or confusion this matter has caused you.
If you have any further concerns please contact our compliance officer xxxxxxxxxxxxxx or write for her attention at the above address.
Yours faithfully

So to me not knowing much about these companies it seems that ATM have had a falling out with Kerobo and they are each passing the buck. I thought at one time they actually traded from the same premises?? Why is it all these companies that do write off's that are now dropping like flies are having problems with their solicitors working on their behalf? Is it about money and the fact that none of these cases have/will progress?0

I think you've hit the nail on the head.
All the money is taken up front from clients and/or investors when everything is given a rosy glow by claims companies and solicitors alike.
The wheels come off with the "not me Gov" comments coming from all sides and nobody gets their money back.
Now where have we seen that one before?0
