has anyone had dealings with Kerobo Claims Ltd

A turn in events now. Kerobo are causing lots of problems for the solicitors (ATM) who have now distanced themselves from them and even moved buildings. Apparently Kerobo where trying to sell various insurances on ATMs behalf with out having permission and actually trying to sell insurance that ATM arent approved to sell. In a nutshell if you have made a claim with them and have managed to get it to ATM solicitors (like I have) you should be ok but if you are still with Kerobo I would urge you to get your money back as ATM are no longer accepting any claims from Kerobo.

This company is the biggest pile of !!!! I have ever come across.

I have been waiting on my 'claim' since APRIL 2009 and have JUST found out today from the Ministry of Justice I will be getting my money back because they are FORCING Kerobo to refund. There's claims just sitting unlooked at backing up as far as a year.

Massive scam - do not believe what they say, the ministry of justice don't get involved for nothing!!

Hi, sorry to hear you are having trouble with this claims company. Can I ask (for others on here) how MOJ are forcing Kerobo to refund you?

Hi,
I am new to this forum but I wanted to try to find out a bit more about Kerobo as I too have had a call from them claiming to be able to rid me of my credit card debt. It all sounded a bit too easy and anything that sounds a bit too good to be true usually is!
I just wanted to post to say thank you to everyone who has commented and shared their experiences (even you spammers - you only make the company sound worse if you have to resort to that!).
I know now that the words 'Barge pole' and 'wouldn't touch' are suitable ones. And I know what to say to Gary from Kerobo when he calls me back next week!!

You will always get spammers on threads like this as there is/was!! so much competition in this market but thankfully I think it will eventually die off TBH going by the negativity surrounding them at the moment.

Claiming back PPI can mostly be done on your own and anything else then google is better to find solicitors to deal with things as there are no middle men involved and your contract is direct.

You can get the phone number for ATM from their website just google it and Kerobo are still in the same building, ravenstone house I think it is but ATM have moved buildings now.
