has anyone had dealings with Kerobo Claims Ltd

please please all of you who have spoken to korobo claims and they have assured you that they can win you claims. they are lying and being decitful!!! i have been unfortunate enough had to pay the fee of £349.00
for a service that was unsubstantiated. The solicitors was unable to deem my loan unforceable. it took them almost one year to decided that. i have been telephoning korobo claims since January this year to get my money back as per signed contract, but have been led up the garden path,every time!!! while my money sits in their account gaining interest.
They are liars and con artist. please who ever is thinking about giving them any money think twice. They were very eager to get my 349 pounds but very unwilling to give it back. i am in the process of reporting them to the trading standards. my advice keep......... well clear of them.0 -

Firstly I apologise for my ramblings but i any of you could help me it would be great.
I started my claim after kerobo contacted me back in august last year. I had correspondence sent from them which consisted of some forms to fill in, with the mis sold loan and PPI details which I did and then I was told after around a week that my claim would be successful due to there being discrepancies on my credit agreement. I then was told that I would have to pay £495 in order for the solicitors audit report to be raised and nothing would be done untill this was paid. I was hesitant to hand over that amount of money and they said it will be refunded should the case be unsuccessful so I asked to pay in installments £50 a month, then next month on I proceeded to pay my £50 and then I had a call saying that they could now drop the price to £250 as they had negotiated with another solicitors Great i thought so I then paid off the remaining £150 the month after in one lump sum and then was told I would get a call back in around 2-3 weeks time...
That time came and nothing, I left it for around another week and then I decided to ring them and they then advised me that the claim was unsuccessful and that I would have to be refunded so I asked how much I was getting a refund or and then I was told that it was £150 I then said well I know I paid £250 so I sent in bank statements showing all 3 payments to kerobo clearly. I never heard from anybody after that then I rang the next monday morning and was told that I couldnt speak to the person who was dealing with my claim anymore as it was finished so it was customer services I needed to speak to, they then told me that I was not getting a refund as the work had been one on the case by the solicitors and there was nothing they or I could do about it??? This is really stressing me out It was clearly stated that should the case be nsuccessful the fee shoud be refunded... I have not had any contact from any solicitors in all of this how am I to know if the case was even put forward to them??
I am sorry for such a long post but I need desperate help how to claim my money back??

They use ATM solicitors I believe, may be worth asking them if they worked on your case.

I just rang kerobo and spoke to somebody who advise me that my case is still on going, it was never passed to solicitors and they are going to get back to me within 16 days. If the paperwork is not received by then they will be refunding me in full by then. I make 16 days from today to be the 8th so I will give it till then and let you guys know!!0

I have just received this email from kerobo anybody tell me if this sounds feasable or are they just stalling me?
"Dear Mr Knott,
What the Advisor should of explained to you is that we need to request the agreement from your lender to see if they provide us with a copy, if they do send this within the specified time scale then your refund request will be submitted, however if your lender fails to supply us with the agreement they are in breach of the consumer credit act and we can use that as your case."
Apparently I was misinformed however I am still being very cautious as to if this is true or not!!
Anybody know if Nikki Forest is head of customer services there?0 -

Just read you started the claim in August 2009. Well I'd say they are stalling.

I place an claim with Kerobo Claims in November 2009, and paid them £495, it was my last money, they advised the very maximum it could take was 49 days, since then they have been fobbed me off with excuse after excuse, over subscribed, wrong email sent me, system not working properly, solictors taking new approach. The last time I spoke with them they advise my agreement hadn't even been requested, and if I gave them one more chance I would jump the queue and it would be dealt with immediately, supposedly only taking a further 3 weeks, that was early February, I am now trying to get my money back.
