Aimee's not quite at the funny voices stage, we're still working on the Reading whilst. Also following the story stage... She's very good at Reading signs and things when we're out though!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

elle its 150ml per kg per day that we are having to work off as well at the minute, although I was told as his feeding got better (ie no vomiting it straight back up !!) then we can stop measuring it so rigidly.

was just wondering as lewis is the younger one and way ahead of megan in maths, he is really clever. i usually ask him random silly questions and he can answer it, he seems to soak up information? megan is more of a daydreamer always writing, drawing and reading. when it comes to numbers and the time she finds it so hard?
im the same with th reading records lol!

well im off to bed, stomach feels better now and if i dream feed erin now then i might get to sleep until 4am!
What's for you won't go past you

I loved that stage where DSS read everything he could see!!

    'Toil - ets'

    'La - dies'

    'No Smo - king'

It is amazing how these simple signs aren't obvious to them :rotfl:

DSS took a 'proper book' (Roald Dahl) up to bed with him on Sat night and was still reading 40 minutes later (we usually say 10 mins then lights out!) we didn't have the heart to tell him off :D

Our primary school sends out the same amount of homework. In the juniors, they also get a project per term, where they have about 6-8 weeks at home to research a project and then produce about 6 pages on it. James just did one on Victorians and he picked Victorian Inventions, but he could have done it on any aspet of Victorians.

Joshua managed the projects fine and would pace himself doing a page or so a week. James is terrible for leaving it till the last minute and then cutting and pasting off Wikipedia, then being surprised when I notice he didn't write it himself
projects! I'm just like James, how on earth will I cope, I thought all that was behind me!:rotfl:

seems weird to me that its the same ammounts for FF and EBM when they are so different?

Caz, I received my Asda order this morning! :j. 10 x 4 packs of Pampers wipes but they substituted the sensitive for normal (even though I asked for no subs, I'm obviously not complaining!).

Only problem is when I log in and check my order it now shows the 'real' price!. Hope they are not going to charge me the excess or they can have them back :rotfl:.

    xx

Asda man turned up at 4 with my order, minus the wipes  Out of stock, and i'd ticked NO to a substitue! Bummer!

My older two have the attitude sometimes...until I give them a back-hander:rotfl:( I don't really, I never could)

How many of your kiddies are in school caz, how do you mange with getting homework done......I hate homework, I really think it should be scrapped!

Attitue - my big DD is a horror sometimes! Has to have the last word and thinks she's 18 instead of 8 sometimes!

And I think she gets far too much homework - she's just about to end year 3. The get all the homework on a Friday, Reading to be done by Monday, Spellings to be done by Tuesday, Learning Log (which is a book where they do a task on whatever they're doing about in school) recently finding info about Tudors, arranging a Tudor banquet etc, all to be done with pictures and text and Times tables to be in for Thursday.

By the time we get home from school, chill for a bit, have tea & baths etc - its far too late for homework. And she prefers to read her own books than the homework one - she's just finished Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and really enjoyed it.
I have to sleep in jammies... Love dossing in them too... Gets annoying when you have to get dressed at 3pm just to go down the school though!

I've got a problem with Caitlyn and the crib... 3 times I woke up last night and she was wedged up one side with her arm poking through the bars... I kept putting her back in the middle but she was shuffling back... Hubby said it's because she's trying to get to our bed... I don't know what to do really, I was hoping she'd stay in it a while because it's so small and neat and I can have my bedside table still... If I have to move her into the cotbed then I'll have a lot less room...

If you haven't got time to make one (or just can't be ar5ed!) - I got a bumper from Ikea a couple of weeks ago, and it's the size of the cot so goes all the way around with a little bit of overlap!

I've merged my facebook list with the others I was pm'd - so it should be a pretty much 'everyone' list now.
If anyone wants it i'll send it through facebook - or can I post it as a message on our facebook page? Would that be private for just us members to see?

    Go Rhys!!!

He may just be liking it at home Elle - it must be a big change for him to be somewhere relaxed and getting his mummy and daddy all to himself!! He is bound to come on in leaps and bounds now!
