Thanks for the list ladybird - you put me to shame! Lots of good ideas there - i might try beetroot next, not only because I think she'll like it - its looks fun too!
She's definately preferring sweeter fruity tastes at the moment - but its only early days. She's still two weeks off 6 months.
She enjoyed sucking on a bit of apple this morning!
And thanks Savvy - i had a strange idea in my head that they wouldn't freeze well - i'm sure I dream stuff, then convince myself its real!:beer:0 -
Well done Rhys:D
Sami, we could open a bookstore too, we have hundreds of books:)
I am shattered today, Kai was a little monkey last night, from about 3.30am he just wouldn't sleep!!!!

I have never done this...I just put some of our dinner aside then blend it up and feed it to them:p The way I see it is, he will eventually have tried everything we eat;)
The last two days Kai has had, chicken, mash, broccolli, cauliflour, and gravy. before that he had the same but with different veg (peas and carrots) I have found that he wolfs down the food that I make him, but the odd jar of food I have given him, he just spits out:D. Tomorrow we are having pasta so I will do the same again.

Digital cameras are great aren't they. My says she feels sad that she hasn't got more baby pictures, but it was so expensive then.
I've taken more than 5000 of Toby
I've got hundreds of DS1 - but feel mean as i didn't take as many as DD1 or 2 - nor sure if anyone else is the same, but the novelty wears off a bit with subsequent children (or maybe we just don't have the time!) :rotfl::beer:0 -

Didn't get dressed.. oops! Was still feeding Rhys when the guy arrived so I've staying in my PJs all morning
Good progress being made on the bedrooms. Came across five bags of clothes I'd been meaning to send to charity. Put them in bigger bags to go outside cos I knew we were due a collection today, and just as OH took them out, the van turned up - hurrahOH is busy taking pics of bits we are selling and Freecycling, then I've got to do the listings over lunch. This afternoon's plan is to clear out the spare room and drag the futon out so that we have somewhere to sleep tonight - our bed is covered in stuff and the sofas are now too damp to sit on, never mind sleep on
Am very proud of OH - he's [STRIKE]letting me be[/STRIKE] being ruthless with all our stuff and getting rid of some of his things, finally admitting they're just taking up much needed space!
Old news now I guess, but Rhys did finish his 8am bottle and he's just on his way to doing the same with the 11am(ish!) one tooI'm stunned..
Feelie, I don't know the answers but I'll ask the community nurse later - she's coming to give Rhys his injection this afternoon0 -

I tend to eat salad most of the time, so I hand her bits before I put the dressing on. It depends what we are eat, but I keep planning to put bits asside and don't always remember to. Mind you lots of the things we eat aren't suitable - soy sauce/chilli sauce/whatever in them from the beginning.
I've been trying to get her to try all of the different kinds of food we eat though, and so overall she will have tried all the flavours.
3 - the only thing I've found that won't freeze is potato (sweet potato is fine though) and some of the soft fruits loose their texture when you freeze them which doesn't matter when you are pureeing, but will do when you move onto more solid food.
Oh, I got a call from te shopping scanning people today too. And most importantly - I have an interview 2 weeks tomorrow!!!! I assumed I hadn't got one, as they were meant to be tomorrow, but obviously i have managed to convince them of my fabulousness in writing. Now to check my suit fits .Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

Congrats on the interview:D
I probably should eat salad all the time ( I would be a good few stone lighter) I'm just not a big fan of cold food
I'm the same with photos...loads of Ds1, not many with Ds2, but since digital took off, and phone cameras, I now have loads of Ds3...Poor Jaden, I am trying to take plenty of him now so he doesn't feel too left out;)
