Roughly how long does it take your babies to drink how much milk?

It's taking half an hour to get Rhys to drink 45ml - which I know is the extreme ;) Lots of stopping and starting tho', probably only 10-15mins of actual sucking.

I was just pondering what we could potentially get it down to.. :)

30mins sounds quite normal to me, once they are big gannets they can drain a full bottle in 5mins flat tho!

    Hi Elle

Rhys sounds like he is doing great:) 30mins sounds fine to me too, Kai used to take about 30-40mins when he was younger to drink about 90mls.....(which size for size is probably about the same as Rhys' 45mls)
He is a flaming gannet now, he can drink a 6oz (210mls) bottle and eat (the equivalent of) half a jar of food in about 10mins now!
Don't worry, just let him take it as he wants and before you know it he will be a natural at it:D

My Mum's husband swigs gripe water when he's got an upset stomach... Got a bottle here he can have because Caitlyn certainly doesn't like it!

Aimee got 3 swimming badges today, I'm ever so pleased with her :D Not with the swimming pool though, you'd think after paying fifty quid for the lessons they'd throw the badges in for free... Nope... £1.75 each!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

AM chin up... If he's going to keep running away then you're better off without him at any rate :) And you have 2 beautiful boys!
I have nights when I am convinced that Roo doesn't love me either but prefers DH - it's just that I'm tired and grouchy and Dh isn't so she's happy smiley for him and screaming devil child for me... *sigh* Soon as she cracks a smile at me though I melt and forgive all her griping and moaning and ear piercing screaming in an instant :)
You CAN and WILL cope :) And remember that you x can see his son... when it fits YOUR plans NOT his! If he doesn't fancy being a full time daddy and partner in this then don't plan your life around his availability! He can take a flying jump!

Now go eat some icecream and if you don't have any get Sami to send
you some ;) She's got 7 tubs hidden away!
