Like searching wisely says they are just so sensitive to our moods that when we're in a grump or tired it's really contagious for the baby... I really hope you've got some local support. Homestart def have an Islington and a Harringey branch and there's a few others near you. I'm sure one of their volunteers would pop round and give you a hand...
