I was nearly !!!!ing my self laughing earlier today, me my sister were shopping and both feeding the boys at the same time, she burped when she was winding my nephew and I said well done !!
Why do we feel it necessary to congratulate our kids for burping
    'gonna give mummy some burps?'
    *rubs back*
    'buuurrrp*
'well done :) whos a clever boy'
'have you any more burps for mummy ?'

Please tell me its not just me ??? I am not weird ...... am I ???

    No, not just you!

Me: Do windy pops for mummy? Wheres my windy pops? No more milky until we have a windy pop!

    Leila: buuurp

Me and OH (accompanied by clapping and whooping): whose the cleverest little girl in the whole wide world. Who does mummy love etc etc etc!!

I have to say that I find it very satisfying hearing her burp as I feel relieved on her behalf. We do not praise wind from the other end though and I always tell her off for having no manners when she trumps!

:rotfl: I wonder what you'd get for a peach melba?

I've discovered more phrases that I say a lot: "I'll be two minutes" and "aye canny". Charlotte has been repeating both at every available opportunity today :rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....

  • Krystal - Benjamin seems to have taken a disliking to my right nipple? When I feed him he squirms and moans but is fine if I swap him to left boobie (which has always been the fave for both of us TBH).

Any suggestions as to why and what I can do to change his mind?

When I pump I get about the same from both...

He doesn't seem to mind so much when we are laying down.
