Right - if it's not hot up in scotland then maybe i SHOULD consider visiting my SIL - then again... nah - not so long as her husband is there - I'd end up in the clink for whacking him one before the end of the day...
Sparkle - don't be embarassedSeriously! You at least are bleeding and recently had a baby - you wouldn't believe the things people call an ambulance for let alone call NHS direct to enquire about
(My ex had to attend a 999 call to give a lady a plaster for her 5 year old... "she didn't want to go out to get some as it was raining" - he told her in no uncertain terms what he thought of that!

MFD - has AF arrived yet/ have you tested just in case? I'm not amused that my AF arrived today - so much for no AFs when BFing!
I've not BFed in proper public yet but I can't manage to get Ed on and off without my boob being on show to all for about a minute so looks like the locals will be seeing more of me soon :rotfl:
Nope - still no AF (you confused me there...I though AngelFairy was coming to visit LOL). I did do a test a few weeks ago when we were last talking about it but it was negative!
My top tip for BF in public is 2 vest tops - you pull the bottom one down and the top one up (actually, the top one can be any kind of top!!) that way when you lift your top top up you don't have to expose an expanse of flesh.
I got some fab stretchy vests from Primark which are seamless and made of super stretchy material - I wouldn't wear them on their own due to jelly-belly but they are fab underneath other clothes.angelfairy wrote: »speaking of AF... when i went to the doc for the pill and have the one you use when breastfeeding as i was expressing at the time (and am still trying), she told me i could start taking it at six weeks after the birth, no need to wait for AF. that is what i did anyway.
Interesting...I will check that out. Although to be honest I think I want to have an AF before I start pumping hormones in...just to make sure I am back in working orderI've had no AF yet - and she was 20 weeks old, yesterday. (those 20 weeks went a lot faster than the 20 weeks between scan and due date!). Should I be worried?
Worried about your AF or about how fast the time flies??
I can't believe it is Monday again already!! Where do the weekends go??
MacSmiler :j Yay - I'm glad it is not just me who is enjoying escaping from baby
Sparkle - I think you should at the very least speak to someone, especially if you have been overdoing the exercise.please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I bit the hand off my Dr when she offered me the pill and took it the same day as my checkup, which I had at 8w to coincide with Jamie's check. I was still waiting a visit from AF but Dr said I could take it at any time and use other precautions for 10 days (as if DH was already getting any!). I'm assuming its different for BF'ers?
Lovely hot and sunny day today and children are at Nanna's. Have two loads of washing already on the line and made lentil soup - go me!
