sorry you and benjamin aren't feeling well. hope you get better soon.
i've got a bad ear so that is getting on my nerves.
going to go and read back now and see what i have missed the past few days.
oh, had two sessions of cranial osteopathy now. after the first one baby girl settled better that afternoon/evening but no major change after that. then she had her next one on friday but i can't say i have seen any change. however, tonight she has slept better so far (but i have also put her back on hungry baby to see if that helps her to sleep more than a few hours during the night).
off to catch up ...
Hi AF, does CO take a few sessions before any major change is noticed?
Hope you feel better soon!

When he goes 'home' they reckon he sounds proper scouse! I've only been up there a couple of times, his sister moved here first (for love!), then his mum, and he followed.:beer:0 -

i think so SB but hubby wants immediate change cause it's not cheap lol
the osteopath offered to give me a cranial massage so i could 'feel' what he was doing to baby girl as you can't really tell they are doing anything when you watch as it is so subtle.0 -

i have a very grumpy baby right now? she has been moaning since yest and is so hard to settle? OH has man flu so im not sure if she is coming down with it too?

AF - how did you find the CO person?
Am I right in thinking they are the ones to sort out bubba if the skull plates are overlapping? I think Ed has overlapping plates at the back because I can feel a ridge, gonna mention it at his 6wks check if it's still there then.
I have family in DurhamMine are all from Consett, not a clue where specifically tho!
MFD - has AF arrived yet/ have you tested just in case? I'm not amused that my AF arrived today - so much for no AFs when BFing!
I've not BFed in proper public yet but I can't manage to get Ed on and off without my boob being on show to all for about a minute so looks like the locals will be seeing more of me soon :rotfl:0 -
hi sami,
i used trusty ole google. just put in cranial osteopath and my town to see if there was one nearby.
not sure about the plates but what i understand of it and what he explained to me is the pressure inside the head and the aim is to relieve the pressure. he holds her head and back of her neck and also her backside and hip area. it's about aligning certain things. sorry, not a very scientific explanation. brain is not with it at the minute.
speaking of AF... when i went to the doc for the pill and have the one you use when breastfeeding as i was expressing at the time (and am still trying), she told me i could start taking it at six weeks after the birth, no need to wait for AF. that is what i did anyway.0 -

I've had no AF yet - and she was 20 weeks old, yesterday. (those 20 weeks went a lot faster than the 20 weeks between scan and due date!). Should I be worried?:beer:0
