    Thanks Maz :)
Am I right in thinking you can't sell stamps on ebay?

Don't kow if it's changed but when I was mystery shopping a load of Post Offices a couple of years ago and had loads of stamps I definitely sold them on ebay.

EDIT: just reread that and Wow! that's bad grammar!!

hmmm just discovered washable breast pads are no where near as absorbant as disposables! good job I'm still in my PJs :rotfl:

I found that too, but when I was out.
I've had the Asda little angels ones, bought on bogof - they seem to do the job.

I hate it when they're inconsolable like that! I hope he's good next week because OH is away for FOUR nights!![/QUOTE]

OH is away tonight - he's gone up north for the little ones funeral. I couldn't go - no childcare - so feeling a little guilty! I've never been alone overnight with three children - they're all behaving up to now.

Had a lovely evening last night with my big girl - just the two of us went to the pictures and for a pizza. She deserved a treat for keeping her room spotless for two weeks, a brilliant school report and being a brilliant big sister!

I didn't get too soaked! :D Rhys has got spikey hair now - looks well cute ;) I think I need to get a baby bath now.. Wasn't going to have one as my friend is buying me a bath support from Mothercare (her best buy apparently) for the big bath, but with Rhys being so small I think we need a small bath for him for a while.

Also realised I need a changing mat as I haven't got one yet - want a cot top changer as well as a little padded one for the living room floor. No room for a changing table in Rhys' room..

Just off back to the hospital now.. oh, it's all go! Armed with TT bottles this time :)

Speaking of breast pads, I remember a discussion here about them a while ago.. did you all have a particular favourite? I've only tried the Johnsons and TT ones - didn't like the TT ones at all! Just about to finish another box of Johnsons - don't have any complaints with them but might try some others..

Will search on that topic later.. For now, back to the hospital for bathtime (best take a spare top!) :D
I use both johnons and TT ones.
Tesco 'normal' ones are rubbish IMO but the slim ones are very similar to TT ones.
The thing that annoys me with all types are that you can see them through my tops so I feel like I look like I have weird looking boobs:p

Its lovely to hear Rhys' progress - did you get a pic of his new spikey hair do?

What about a washing up bowl? We got a proper baby bath and found it heavy and awkward to use. So, i got a 99p washing up bowl from asda and find that much easier, and a much better size for her even now she's almost 5 months.

So, she either goes in the washing up bowl, or in the big bath with her own personal bath support aka big sister. :rotfl:

Me too - i've got quite a few feeding bras, but tend to only wear the t-shirt bra moulded style ones as they're a bit better at disguising the pads.

  • Damn you Sami - I have been steering clear of that bejewelled game and then I thought I would just have a look

I love TT breastpads but they are so expensive. I got packs of Boots own - 80 in a box for 99p a few weeks ago :money:

Benjamin has given me his sniffles and I have a full blown cold so feeling a bit sorry for myself. Hope I am a bit better for tomorrow or we will be missing baby massage again.

Elle - I think a baby bath is a necessity in those first few weeks when babies are small (although Benjamin was never as small as Rhys!) even now I find that without clothes I am convinced that I am going to hurt Benjamin :o

3 - was it you that got the red t-shirt and 'lounger' dress from Emma Jayne? What do you think?

Yes - it was me. You've just reminded me that filling in the reports was on my to-do list this weekend!

I think they're very nice, comfy and have washed well. But, like most maternity/feeding stuff - expensive for what it is. I wouldn't pay £17 for a plain red t-shirt, or £18 for a nightie!

When I put the lounger on, OH thought it was a dress and said i'd get away with it with a belt and some heels. :rotfl:

    What did you think?
