:(:(:(just thought i would try my little one on my boob and she screamed and pushed it away with her hands:(:(:(

    :T

Clever girl! Learning to bat things away is a skill that needs to be learnt!

I know that's not what you want to hear sweetie but don't let it worry you. Just keep on trying.

Benjamin does it to me sometimes too - like today in baby massage when he wouldn't calm down, even with a booby.

At least you didn't have your t!t out in public ;)

i'd never be able to get my boob out in public... i am a bit of a shy one where that is concerned.

i know i shouldn't get upset about it, it's not like i positioned her properly or anything but it still really causes me so many ill feelings because i thought it would be so natural.

does benjamin constantly have his hands in his mouht at present? baby girl does, she tries to get all her fingers in. that's all she wants to do is suck her hands. one of the HV where i get her weighed said a few weeks ago when she started doing it that she could have rumblings in her gums but nothing may come of it for a while. i ran my fingers along her bottom gums and they are all smooth bar one bit where it is a bit firmer and dips a little. not sure if a tooth will be thinking its' going to show itself there in the near future.
  • All the time AF - I have bought him various teethers but nothing is better than his own hands...he is also starting to suck his thumb

He won't take a dummy so I guess I have to live with it and just discourage it as he gets older.

Benjamin has lumps where his teeth will be I bought calgel and have used it twice but he just ceases the opportunity to bite down on my fingers :rotfl:

    what a day!
After BF cafe (apparently I'm doing everything right... which is nice... I just have to wait for the thrush to clear completely and probably for Roo's snuffles to go away and then we'll be away!) Roo decided to be a total moo... she's been super cranky all afternoon and most of the evening - no obvious reason. Then we had projectile vomiting - that was fun!
So I'm knackere and off to bed I'm afraid :( I'll try to catch up tomorrow

(ps Krystal - I can't see any obvious points where the pump rubs, alos changed bra just in case etc but danged if I haven't got the start of another blocked duct grrrr been massaging it tonight but it's sore - not super sore so I hope I'll be able to massage it out before it gets as bad as the last two grrrr triple grrrr)
