Caz, i'm sorry things are hard. I'm on phone so will reply properly later. About Pnd, there is help outthere and we can help each other get it. You've done all you can, it takes two to rebuild a relationship. I want to say don't beat ypurself up, you've done what you can. I'm sorry. Hugs xxx

thanks have been giving u advise when all along i should have been listening to myself i knew something was wrong and getting worse but just kept going. am so proud that you managed to ask for help just hope im strong enough to do the same.

also congrats on toby feeding i bet your over the moon xxxx

Caz - I find it is much easier to take advice than to give it!

I'm glad I opened up to the Outreach worker, and I'm looking forward to Baby Massage. If I'm feeling brave, I might go to the Breastfeeding Clinic on Friday.

How about we both set little goals each day/week, and stick to them? I'll try and make sure you do, and you can make sure I do!

I think your goal for today is like you said above - get some rest. Give yourself permission to switch off your brain (and your feelings) and get some decent sleep.

What do you think you can do about how you are feeling? Do you have a supportive GP? Do you have contact numbers for a different Health Visitor? What about going to one of the clinics?

You are a very, very strong lady and you can get through this. It might be difficult, but you've got us and we'll help you through it. Keep talking to us about how you feel.

Re Feeding: Toby hasn't had a bottle since 7:50am! That is almost 12 hours without a bottle! He has fed from me four times, slept well, had wet nappies and been happy and chatty! Don't know what has happened today, it just seems to have clicked. Fingers crossed we can keep it up.

Trying to convince OH that E isn't really an unreasonably bad sleeper/napper for a 10 month old... can anyone share some 'bad sleep' stories from around 8-12 months? :p

    Well done Feelie/Toby!

While we're showing baby photos here is Celia, and yes, that is my gigantic elderly bra she's wearing as a hat, but at least she's happy!

Wow finally caught up with the thread.

Caz sorry to hear your bad news I hope you and your OH can work things out for the best.

Feelie - yeh you!! (and Toby)

I think I have broken my little toe today lol. Banged it on the wall when trying to get up quickly after a nappy change (to chase the dissappearing toddler as I thought ds1 had left the stairgate open) ....Only a bit swollen though so will wait till tomorrow as I don't really fancy a Sat night in casualty!

On a brighter note DS1 got picked for his first cricket match tomorrow, so in the morning (bright and early) we will all either be having fun searching for a cricket field in a nearby country village or perhaps sipping thermos coffee if we actually manage to get there!
