well it looks like its all over, Oh has just said that he is going by end of the week??
am fed up doing everything myself and him not helping. Erin has been getting up at 5am and feeding through til 7/8 and i am knackered. but who cares as long as he gets a lie in. It all blew off this morning as supposidly i was meant to sorn his car and now he has a fine??? like i have nothing better to do??? just dont know what to do now???
Depending on how nice you want to be to him but you could write a letter to DVLA and explain that car has been off the road since x date but with a newborn you simply forgot with all the things going on and you're very sorry etc...
personally i'd let him sort it himself if he's being that much of a twerp
oh and if he wants to leave tell him he can leave today if he's being no help anyway... get him out from under your feet!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

Oh caz sweetie, I thought you two were sorting things out... Hope you are okay. Was it just a heat of the moment threat? Have a dodgy hug :grouphug:
Benjamins trumpette copies (which made caz look in the first place) were Mamas and Papas.
Even for the real thing it is worth a shop around...I have bought them as a gift a few times, I think I bought the last lot from Amazon (in the days when I would happily spend an hour searching for the best deal to save myself a pound or two *dreamily remembers those days*please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
Caz ((hugs)) hope you work it out one way or the other!
I am reading, but don't really have much to add at the moment....and I really don't want to feel like I am bragging about how perfect my baby is. He feeds well, never cries, sleeps amazingly:) and is just the happiest smiliest little soul you will ever meet:D And on top of that the older two are behaving well(most of the time;)), doing super in school and really taken a shine to Kai now:) Also, as if that isn't enough to make any mum happy....me and dh are getting on better than we have done in the last 5-6yrs, we have always been in love, but at times a bit rocky.....and for a while we kept nearly seperating! But now we are just so in love, and solid, and getting along soooo well. Life for me is the best it's been in a long time:D
Everyone else seem to be having lots of problems, so all I can add is my deepest sympathies and well wishes to you all......So, don't want to say anything, inadvertantly, that may make people who are going through a bad time feel any worse. So this is why I am not posting much.....

Benjamin was a pig all day yesterday - not sure what was wrong with him but he definitely wasn't right. He was crying whilst he was feeding, poor little lamb; at one point I stuck him in his car seat in just his vest and drove over to hubbys office just to get out of the house. As soon as we got there he was fine, sat on daddys knee dribbling all over his desk and smiling at the blokes there. As soon as we left the wailing started again
We went out for dinner with SIL and BIL for their anniversary and he was fine, albeit not overly cheery, with everyone but meMIL worked her charm and he slept whilst we ate which was good.
Came home about half 8, got ready for bed, big bedtime feed (falling asleep on my lap) and then for the first time we put him down in his cotbed in his own room
He went down at 9.30pm, woke at 3.15am, brought him into us and fed him til 3.45am when I put him back in his own room (semi-awake) and he slept until 7.15am :T
Not quite the straight 8 hours that he has been sleeping but all in all I am really pleased with his efforts, especially after having a cranky day. Best of all he didn't scream the house down when he woke up somewhere different
Very proud of my little boy

could someone maybe your sister take the heaving brood for a few hours so you could have some "you" time? maybe he is feeling jealous? it must be so hard for a couple with so many kids to get any peace together?
Which reminds me - did you decide whether you were going to go out with hubby for some couples time?
Edit: Mel - if I remember rightly you had a tough time of it with DS2 didn't you? You deserve a behaver this time around ;o)please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120
