Hi guys, Thanks for the congrats xx
Before I can read them properly I'm just wondering what yur thoughts are on engorged boobs?
The MW I saw today only spoke of it it terms of getting Edgar to latch on (he is having trouble when they're full)
I'm avoiding using my pump at the moment for fear that pumping would just encourage them to fill up again, is that what anyone has experienced?
or would it be fine to just release the pressure at bit?
I'm pleased to say I'm feeling proud of myselfWe're doing well (I think) Edgar seems to enjoy feeding much more than Chris did so I'm pretty sure we'll make our first milestone of feeding for the first fortnight *fingers crossed* I think I must have gone on about it more than I realised tho because even my dad has been encouraging and supporting me when feeding :A xx

Sami you'd be fine using the pump to release the pressure a little
My pammies wouldn't fit Roo's mouth unless i released a little of the pressure first... it honestly doesn't take much

Searching - i had to express by hand in hospital and the amount of colostrum is tiiiiiiiiny
but it's all they need - little and often. give it a few days and your milk will come in and you'll have the opposite problem lol
