is anyone starting to have probs with these? you always have to wait but just recently I've been getting engaged calls with em all the time... can't they buy a few more machines or sthg... ?

No problems in Northants either.
But I would add this, given that the two providers mentioned actually give us CHEAP calls, I am quite prepared to live with hiccups now and again. Yes, it might be frustrating but what the heck, all we have to do is consider the alternatives. I for one would not go back to BT for calls, unless of course it is via 1280.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
