If the place is public(council) land and the PPC is issueing invoices what he is doing is illegal and the council/police should be involved. They could be stealing thousands from drivers who believe they are in the wrong and must pay up or else. If you find out that the land is council and he is stealing then a letter to Paypal and the credit card companies would help to stem his income stream. If it is private land then just ignore them as with any other ppc.
I have a plan of the street and of what parts the council does and does not own if anybody wants to see it? i got it off the council when i got my ticket as i was that infuriated lol.0 -
And does it show that the PPC are stealing?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I would like to see it if possible. My wife got her fine in a place where there were no warning signs and no yellow lines or marked bays. Approx 1 month later a post went up with a warning sign on in the exact same spot my wifes car was parked!0

I have got my 5th letter now ... saying that they cannot talk to me over the phone due to legal reasons (i have never even tried to contact them!) and i should SERIOUSLY consider paying or i will go to court blah blah blah. I was walking past the other day and the building they are ticketing for doesnt even have any offices in it that i can see it is all for let ... but they are still giving tickets out!!0

And we still do not know if the PPC are ticketing on public or private land so any advice is tailored for private land. If they are ""accidently"" ticketing on public land then thats theft isn't it?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

That could be all kinds of things depending on what they put on their tickets. Fraud is not out the question, it certainly isn't on private land as we have often seen.0
