    Paper final bill is MEANT to be the procedure.

    Yes, certain networks say you cannot pac in later or pac in at all on certain plans ( termination fee issues ) OFCOM say you can at ANY point.

    I wasn't able to PAC my 3 number over to Voda.....but not really too much of an issue - just means I can now be selective as to who has my new number :rotfl:

    No any email 3 just call you back - even for people with disabilities, I had that one out with the Exec Office a few years back. Its still not changed to accommodate disabled customers. 3 - poor as ever, and now financially poorer than ever LOL

    Sorry - didn't double quote - 0870 numbers are included in BT price plans now - therefore doesn't matter if you call the 0800 or 0870
