Yes, they texted me my PAC code.
@david: no you can just port to PAYG, then if you really want port straight back into 3.
No I meant a text with a link to the Three Site. I haven't requested a PAC as I'm not bothered about keeping my number.

This is getting seriously shady on 3's part now. Is there anything about this you don't know diamonds!? Do you have spies in the callcentres or something?

You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

Yes I got this text message as well, my sister in law did too.
Its just a bog standard text they send out to notify you of terms and conditions of PAYG, it means that the system is preparing your transfer.
I phoned them up after I got mine, and just confirmed there was no ETF, and everything was still on track for my switch toPAYG.0 -
Just got my PAC, how do I know they won't charge me early cancellation charge once I use it?
Is there any record of people getting calls with new deals during the 30 days as I'd rather stay if I get a good deal and a new phone!!0 -
Does anyone know the number to call Three on from my landline?0

Thats what i was worrying about i didnt want to cancel really but all they were offering me was the £20 nokia e71 deal so i thought i might aswell cancel it and take out that deal through quidco and get some cashback0 -
Thats what i was worrying about
I worried about the same thing, but have now used my PAC, so will know in a week. My thoughts are that they would not have issued the PAC without you paying up the remainder of your contract (T mobile and others use this practice). If a big bill comes in, its back tothe fight, but I am not expecting this at all.:j0
