My sunburn is finally stopped knacking, hurrah. I have big white straps down my back now though and half my leg is red, no shorts for me! Not that I'd wear them anyways as my calfs look insanely big.

I have become WAY to lax on this diet, If I want to get to 10st 7lbs, I really need to buckle down and start exercising, I lost 5stone just with diet but I think the time has come to get the exercise bike out as the last stone and a bit is going to be the hardest to shift!

Also, my boobs have grown again? It's like !!!!!!. I just spent £20 on a bra 2 weeks ago, and they have swelled up and I'm now gettin the lovely 4 boob effect, it's an E cup! No way I'm an F, they don't even look that big to me but OH says they are huge, but then he would notice these slight changes wouldn't he, shame he doesn't notice the trodden in breadsticks that DD has left, or the fact the cat has no water....

POLKADOT - as Granny said you dont have to actively try to positively contribute in order to post. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that one of the great things about this thread is that you feel like you get to know people and as we all say to newbies "the support here is invaluable" so that shoudnt just apply to weightloss.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a tough time, and from what you have said I am presuming that you have been through/felt like this before. You have already sought help which is brilliant, and if you have got through this once before you will no doubt get through it again. Do whatever it is you want/need to help you get back on form again whether that is posting or not posting etc.

Please feel free to send me a PM if you want (that goes to everyone else as well) to talk about anything and everything. I find talking about either whats bothering me or something completely different to take my mind off it can be very theraputic, but also understand that sometimes talking is the last thing you want to do.

Look after yourself and if we dont hear from you for a while then all the best xxx

You've been meal planning like forever BB...is there no way you can cheat and get an old plan out to tide you over... (or is it way more complicated than that?.....I'm guessing it is otherwise you woulda done it by now!)

Thank you for kind comments sary, my daughter wants me to get back out there, but i would rather reach my targets first.
Been having a really bad week so no doubt will have put on next week again. I made the mistake of buying highlander crisps for the little one's packed lunch. I love them so much, so thought to myself, why try this week so have just had toast, inch thick with lurpak for breakfast. Maybe getting up to SOTM will give me the kick up the behind that i need :j

Going into hospital this morning for a very minor op. The removal of a very large skin tag under my arm. I don't know which way they were going to do it, would probably feel a bit better if i did, or maybe not, i just hate that bloody hospital, it's where my dad died in 2005 and all the memories of chemo and radiotherapy sessions just come flooding back as soon as I arrive. Hoping I'll be back pretty soon.

Good Luck today with the interview Scottish Lass.

*edit* Hey maybe getting that skin tag removed will help with the weight loss :D

Morning:D to keep on track I have the biggest pair of black trousers that I kept and put them on from time to time to see how far I have come and as a reminder it was worth it and to never go back there again:D nothing feels as good or tastes as good as thin is;)

polka up to you but I have not posted always in the positive happy side because life is not like that and everyone has posted their worries along the way and it is a helpful, practical, honest, caring thread we have everyone is in it together good or bad:D

sary some seriously hard work put into that garden:D

I am a great believer in freshness with food at the BBQ they laid on a fruit platter, the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices etc everyone could not get enough of it because it was so fresh, like just picked fresh and it makes such a difference to have that than old limp past it foods, also you have to look forward to foods, the idea of a salad may conjure up limp lettuce leaves and eating like a rabbit but if you add tuna for the protein or hard boiled egg, make your own low fat sauces to drizzle over a salad comes alive, if you have a fav soup recipe that makes you full and happy to eat go with that, experiment with recipes, adapt them if needs be, don't have the same thing over and over ,try a new fruit,a new way of cooking an old fat laden fav recipe, make your own yoghourts, lots of fun can be had with food even the healthy stuff:D

:rotfl:seren, that's what I mean to do: use my regular one I did ages ago. Honestly, that's how can't be bothered/knackered I have been feeling: can't quite bring myself to pick up the note book and open the page:o:rotfl:.
However, I have woken up today feling quite a bit brighter and have already tackled some decluttering and filled half a bin bag with paper rubbish(including instructions for laptop that died 3 yrs ago). Not at work today as swopped it for yesterday's day off as I have someone coming to replace my cracked car windscrren today between now and 2pm.
    Tonights meal is planned

Polka - I can only echo the brilliantly out things of everyone else. Look after yourself the way you know how, and knp0w that we happily carry each other through the tough times, but respect any ones wishes to be quiet for a whilexx
dmv - sounds like you've really worked through how and why to respond to stress situations in your relationship: respect. Sounds a good decision re the post holiday goal.
$mma17: I think both sw and ww can be great, it just depend on how you like to eat: I prefer sw and can't praise it highly enough - i get to eat plenty and still lose weight (when I stick to it that is, where asothers like victory have ha huge success with ww and find the points system helps them keep control. Both are a similar price I think. Good luck and do join in.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
