Hi chaps,
A quick flying visit before bed. Been good today, did a bit of digging in the garden. Spent the afternoon chatting and drinking lots of tea and coffee and chatting endlessly with a very good friend.
Will have a proper catch up tomorrow. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Right, I'm away to bed to watch Caddyshack!!!Nite all!! xxxxxx
We've been reading some of the logs on the geocache site, and it seems that alot of the local scouts and guides do geocaching - I would have loved it when I was a kid (I love it now)
Enjoy Caddyshack and I shall keep my fingers crossed for a good outcome from your interview.

I popped to the gym today for the first time in a while (I was concentrating on the running) and was spotted by Simon, the instructor who did my initial induction and program. He told me I was looking fantastic!
and was very impressed when I told him my Half Marathon time
Such a boost to get a compliment like that (and it was heavenly to get back to my beloved steam room after the workout)
My foot was still hurting slightly, I think the laces were too tight and I've bruised the top of my foot. But it was great to get back into the exercise, can't wait to go for a runDebt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Morning all,
I've been dreaming about crispy, crunchy chips since the Tefal Actifry was featured on the Apprentice on Wednesday....heres a wee bit info from the Comet website where there are lots of excellent reviews on it....but how many WW points would I need to use to have say 10 chips? ....is it just a major no-no??
http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/425320/TEFAL-FZ700015?cm_mmc=google-_-kitchenhome-_-cookingmicrowaves-_-cookingaccessories
"Nutritious and Delicious food with this Tefal Actifry deep fat fryer that operates with 1 spoonful of oil, only 3% fat! That's all the oil required to make enough chips to feed a family of four. That's 100 times less than a traditional deep fat fryer - which makes it much more economical to run, not to mention safer and easier to clean."
Thanks in advance,ffd x
so please press my :T thanks :Tbutton x

hope the lettuce is coming on fine victory, MY mum has some in a pot on her decking and wondered why she never seemed to get anything off it. Every time the leaves got big enough to pick the dog ate them.0
