[QUOTE=FeeFeeDee;21969429it....but how many WW points would I need to use to have say 10 chips? ....is it just a major no-no??

    [/QUOTE]
2 points on WW for 10 chips or 2oz:D I often thought it was not worth it because you can get a lot more food for 2 points than a handfull small handful of chips:rolleyes:

Howdy folks, diet is still being way off piste, I'm getting bad habits again and I need to nip it in the bud. I do have an excuse though, I found out I'm not getting that house exchange, they decided to swap with the people they were originally going too (they didn't put the forms in because they didn't want the house?) One of them wanted my flat, the other one wanted that one, so I don't care what they say or pretend to be, they are not cousins they are lovers and that is why they keep getting council houses quick! Must have some sort of quota to fill! What annoys me the most is, my sister was talking to the teenager who will be living there now, and he said they are moving in 3 weeks, well the council takes 6weeks to process, so they have known they werent taking my flat for AT LEAST 3 weeks, yet kept stringing me along, talking to my mum and seeming positive about taking my flat, oh yes, and they sent a letter to tell me, rather than call.

    £%£$$%^%^ ahhhhh.

So, on a more positive note, I got myself a kitten last night, so Clio could have a feline friend, shame she doesn't seem to like him! But I can't expect her too straight away, he's adorable! Really full of character, I'm just keeping him in my bedroom for now, they said he was almost 8weeks but I don't think so because he and his littermates were quite small! More like 6 almost 7.

    Ain't he cuuuuute

aw really cute buttons. Its when they get older they turn into mingers :p

Raph: Great compliment! its times like those that make you feel sexual.

i remember that geosearching on the one show i think it was. When you have to find a box somehwere that has something rather lame inside, and you have to add to it. The hunt is always more exciting than the capture though isnt it.

    Hey, Vix, that's life :D

We went out again today, only found 1 out of 4 caches :( the kids were getting really fed up. So, we went to a pub for lunch - tasty food, burger and chips :D

When we got back home I told the other Monkeys I was just off for a bike ride to look for 2 of the caches we couldn't find (having looked up a few more clues). I needed the extra mileage to make 100 miles this week on my bike - so, got 2 for the price of 1. And yes, I found the 2 I went back to look for.

It was extremely satisfying, there was nothing in the caches to exchange - but it was the completion of the challenge that made it all worth it.

We have now got a geocoin to move to another location, we found that in the first cache.

Got the little monkeys out of the house and into the sunshine for 5 1/2 hours - they now have a healthy glow about them.

    FFM :)

Victory - if it helps I think fitted dresses are generally unflattering. I have tried a dress on over jeans before thinking it looked gorgeous and then got it home to go out in (minus jeans) and look like I'm 6 months gone!

Sorry KPC - camera batteries needed recharging so pictures should come tomorrow. Still waiting for 6 doors/drawer fronts as some were faulty so it's still not quite right.Nevertheless have celebrated the almost finished kitchen by cooking a proper meal and drinking half a bottle of champagne. Not good for my eating plan but it was fun. Will haveto finish the champagne tomorrow as OH doesn't care for it.

[STRIKE]Ran jogged [/STRIKE]walked a bit fast again today and so far no ill effects. :j:j

Is that for chips cooked in the normal way? Would it be less for chips using the Actifry?
