(I still think the figures are wobbly - I've only lost 25.75 and the chart showed 30. something total last week. I don't want to look as if I'm claiming greater success than I've earned. But I do appreciate that trying ot keep it all straight is a nightmare ... do say when you've had enough. There are a few of us who'll take a turn)
I am trying to maintain! I ate a lot last week on holiday, I'm not trying to lose weight!! I think maybe the 13.1 mile run had something to do with that :rotfl:
I've tweeked your figures and think I've sorted it. It may be the 2 decimal places that's throwing off the chart?
If anyone's figures are wrong when I put the chart up tonight, tell me and I'll sort it

Hi Raph, reporting a sts this week please which is quite frankly very undeserved! Last week I said I needed to make more of an effort and didnt, but really want to this week (bar exam day!) Next week will be my last weigh in before holiday so I want another sts then if not a small loss, but I have accepted that to lose weight this week I would have to have time, energy and a commitment which even despite a good effort I cannot fully have. Hope everyone is content with their weigh in results.0

I'm using the computer in the gym, putting off the moment of truth when I try to [STRIKE]run jog [/STRIKE] walk a little bit fast with a bouncy step in my new shoes. Had the gait test, bought the shoes which seem to be very comfortable, and now ... drum roll .... off to try them out. :eek:0

Beanielou thanks for that suggestion but I'm so fussy when it comes to food you wouldn't believe it!! lol I have an issue with textures...... pasta without sauce has a clammy kind of texture that freaks me out!!! lol i love broccoli & Courgettes, but I'd still need something with it or I wouldn't be able to eat it. I was just thinking tho, if I pureed roasted veg I could use that as a sauce? There wouldn't be too many cals in that would there?
hello, youre the same as me, or i am as youI don't eat alot of things based on texture. The worst culprit is a thing ive forgotten the name of...its like a doughnut mixture with lots of cream in the middle with a layer of chocolate sauce on top. Lord, that is the worst thing ive ever eaten. I don't like cake because of the texture either, and i wouldnt eat a roast dinner unless it had gravy. Pork chop is another one, gross.

Hello guys,
It's bucketing it down here in Lincolnshire, so any playtime outside looks to be doubtful. Harrumph!
KPC - I had to go back to see what I'd written, as I couldn't think how I could have offended you, and then I saw I'd mentioned doing the 'i'. My sincere apologies, I clearly wasn't thinking straight.
Do I even dare mention the fact that I've been doing housework and cleaning here today?
Reporting yet another STS this week. I have been eating too much to get a loss, but no gain is a bonus. Little treats have been sneaking back in here and there, which is fine once in a while, but on a weekly basis, I don't think so. BF likes to eat really healthily and has asked for us not to have any for a while, so that fits in nicely for me too. Using Foodfocus is essential to me making a positive impact, and I am totally out of the habit, so that's my aim and target for the week, to use the site to log my eating/cals and that way I should be back on track again
Granny, if you use a site like Photobucket to host/upload your images, there is an option to upload them in a variety of sizes - I find small or medium is best.
Here's my before and after pics, which I managed to dig out off the PC.
before (March 2009)and after (from same angle)
After (yesterday)One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Scary: Garden looks gorgey! Super effort. I did have a little look on facebook just now actually too!
Granny: Super weightloss all round!! I started noticing things from a 16 to a 12/10 is that 1. boys never looked at me before and now a handfull might.. ha. I would say thats about it, my body still looks the same as when i was a size 16, i cant see any difference apart from in photos. I hope one day it will look alright.
BB: huggles to you, hope youre feeling better now xx
Pinklipgloss: nice to see you back!
I had a lovely bank holiday weekend! 11 of us or so went to Whitstable and it was really busy. We sat on the beach, then the storm came and it pelted it down so we went to the pub and then onto bowling. It was great. I got soooooooooooooooooooo hypo on coke! now i know hypo is the incorrect word but its correct for me. I did feel bad after because i doubt its good for me to get so pooped on coke but its my favourite drug, loads better than alcohol without the hangover.
right im off to have lunch. Chicken and bacon sandwhich or a scone? toughy.0 -
