Hey folks, missing WI today as I just got back from Darlington, went down for the weekend and IM SOOOOOO BURNT!! I can barely walk as I stupidly fell asleep after too much booze and barbecue with my feet in the paddling pool. Doh.
Was really lovely getting off the train to lashing rain, and I had to walk into the town center, I didn't have a coat and was wearing flip flops. PAINFUL!
I'll try and catch up now.0 -

hope you're feeling better bb! Our local tesco is a direct too, so it's coming from there. We'd already decided to get a doggy, we just hadn't worked out the finer points. the tesco is really near the dogs trust, and oh said that as he'd been been roleplaying sunday i could choose what we did with monday - so i got him up there so we could have a chat with the staff there, find out if we realistically could have a dog and that. They said yes, but it may take a while to match us, and a puppy is definitely out. so the kitdchen would be safe. got a builder coming round tonight! i bought a magazine over the weekend which has given me a lot of ideas and i think i see it coming together as a reality, and not just a fantasy now
oh and lost 0.8kg this week! v happy with progress!

Hello everyone. Its a 1kg gain for me. I'd like to say I'm surprised but really I'm not. I've not been very good the last two weeks. Matt suggested yesterday that its because of the move. Waiting for all the paperwork and the boxes all over the show-just that I'm in limbo and maybe my subconcience is saying "well it'll be better next month.
I fell down the stairs yesterday and it was a big one. I couldnt get up so I had DS fetch my mobile off my desk for me so I could phone Matt. He said he was on his way-but it takes 40 minutes and I'd been down 5 already, he had to go in to work yesterday. I had DS get his step from the bathroom and take it down to the front door. Not easy to explain to a (almost) three year old how to unlock and open one of those old doors. But he figured it out and got it open and knocked on downstairs door to get help. They were too scared to try to move me so called an ambo-they were just leaving when Matt arrived. I am so sore today-but still have this cake due tomorrow and have run out of eggs:rolleyes:0 -
I was just making the sugar free cheesecake as my sis is coming for her 1st ever visit to the house we moved in to 9 months ago and while trying to put the magimix blade into the dishwasher dropped it on my foot, I picked it up put it in along with the rest of it, turned round and the whole kitchen floor was covered in blood:eek: only on casualty have I seen so much:eek: it has taken a clean deep slice along the middle of my big toe, I have cleaned it, cream on,plaster on, hobbled up to the docs to get a nurse to see it to make sure it is clean and a precaution as I am diabetic and there is no nurse until thursday:rolleyes: It doesn't half smart, didn't expect that today:rotfl::rotfl:see you never know what is going to happen:rolleyes:0
