Victory - Well I did eat it because otherwise I'd of had to go make myself something
It was nice though, how many more calories are in FF compared to SS?
Sorry to hear about your OH forgetting about your anniversary. OH can only remember what day my bday is because I drummed it into his head, anything else he forgets.....unless it's a new game release
Sary - I am still stressing about that bungalow! Still haven't heard back yet but no news is good news eh? I got put on a new pill from the doctors which hasn't stopped the bleeding yet (day 5) and I don't think it will tbh, so that's probably why I'm not feeling too great. Really can't live with this periods ALL the time anymore, why won't the doctors just take it out? IT DOESN'T AGREE WITH ME!!
Have a good day folks!!0 -
RAPH - sorry to hear about the ballon ride, can it be re-arranged?
Yeah, going to ring them and change it in a moment, the only problem is C doesn't have set days off, I need to book a mid-week flight but not sure what day off she's got yet
Finally (after re-freshing all 7 pages of the form at least 6 times each!) I have completed the form to enter the ballot for the VLM! Now I just have to wait til October to see if I get in!
Victory, 25 years!! That's my entire life!! CongratsSorry the OH forgot, at least you can play on the guilt-trip and get a nice gift out of it

well as suspected, no weight loss this week, no weight gain either. so I guess i'll just need to be happy with that. Have told the little one to hide all his packed lunch stuff away so i can't find it. Still it's hard to stop smoking n lose weight at same time, still doing well to have lost what i have. Back to the fruit bowl instead of the crisps...4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Very well done Mazza.I must be honest I failed at the weight loss whilst I was quitting smoking-so I optred to quit smoking and keep my weight goal at maintaining. But I havent had a smoke since last year October last year and couldnt be happier. Do you mind if I ask what you are doing to quit? I went to my local pharmacy where there was an NHS clinic. The girl who ran it was lovely. I did patches and she would only give me a weeks worth so I had to go back to her (she used that time to give me different challenges). I had been a heavy smoker for 10 years and quit in 6 weeks...even coped with Christmas when there were 2 smokers visiting for a period of time.0

As a 40 a day smoker, i had tried everything to stop from patches to nasal sprays. Eventually went only Champix. Now into my 4th week of not smoking. Was determined not to put on too much weight, so i decided to be careful a few weeks b4 i stopped smoking. As soon as I could see the weight loss, it made me even more determined. Here I am 3 stone and 2 dress sizes later, still not smoking and more weight to go4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
