I just did that with a sausage:rotfl: it kept calling me so I gave in to half of it but the other half went in the bin and I made sure I covered it in rubbish so it has no chance of coming out again:rotfl:

I hope youre reading missy!! I only went for a run last night!!

I managed only 3 laps of our communial garden haha. How unfit am i! It is a large area, and i had to have a break after each lap. In end i walked half, ran half ect. In my defense though, i had been on my feet at work for 5 hours previous to this without a drink so it probably wasnt the best idea. Wacked my old sports bra on and everything. Feel good this morning that i did it. Although ive woken up with the runs!! So im gunna skip dinner.

Had three cruise ships in today. Met a bloke who lives in st lucia and a man called Elvis from Jamaica who is named after the king. Its so funny who you meet. What a place to say you come from though.

We had all our literature through on Cornwall today, i cant imagine being on a beach that looks like that in England! Im getting excited, and its giving me focus on trying to get rid of the fattest legs in the south east.

anyway, im rambling on. Hope everyone is lush

I do something similar in that I eat half and accidentally "drop" half into the jaws of a drooling dog! Food so far has been cereal, scrambled egg on nimble and dinner will be a piece of breaded fish with roasted new potatoes and peppers. I was going to have a salmon fillet but I forgot to get it out of the freezer so breaded fish that can be cooked from frozen it is!

Got up at 10.30 this morning and apart from a quick shower, breakfast and lunch I cleaned constantly till gone 3 when I took the dog out. So 4 and a half hours cleaning! Collapsed on sofa now...

I’ve just gotten back on track-All’s left of my injury and bug is a headache. I’m getting my appetite back though so having to concentrate...back on the water to fill me up. Had breakfast today (the usual) and then because I knew I’d be out all day I put my shaker in my bag with some milk, and used DS’s formula caddies from when he was little to take my shake powder in. So when I was ready I just put the powder in the milk, shook and drank it out the shaker in the waiting room. Had my CD 21 blood test on Monday and then my cervical scan today. Never tell a woman she does not know her body. I’ve been saying I am obviously ovulating but something else is wrong-my chart didn’t spike this month and I said to DF I bet its because of the cerebral palsy. I was sure I had no ovulation this month but sure I had one last month. CD21 showed low progesterone and the scan showed loads of immature follicles. So obviously my left ovary is struggling to grow my follicles big enough to be helpful. So it has been decided (after me saying it for MONTHS) that I need to go on Clomid.:j It’s one of those time specific courses so I have to wait for the next TOTM to start, but it’s such a relief to know exactly what’s wrong, and that although it is a problem-it is one that can be fixed. It also explains the headaches and stuff during this phase if my hormones need help. I was really upset though because she was saying she would still give it another 6 months or so because I only just had the m/c...oh to find two doctors who will share the same opinion.
DF is out tonight working late and then going for a drink with the boss. He reckons he’ll be in by 10 but I’ve yet to welcome him home from drinks with his boss before 2am-Im not holding my breath. Instead, Im ordering Chinese, doing some comping and daily clicks and when DS goes to sleep I want to start getting some flowerpaste ready. I have a guitar cake to do for Wednesday which requires modelling and cut outs so I thought Id get them done over the weekend so that I only need to bake cover and assemble on Tuesday night.:D
Sary you sound like you’ve been in the same place I’ve been. The last few weeks have been horrible for sleep and its having the same effect. I’m achy and not eating right. And during the day I feel like everything is in slow motion. You’re vegetable box sounds like a great idea....makes me think about my garden-I’ve been thinking about where to put the vegetables. And so lucky to have the blue tit moving in, pictures please? Think I’m going to have to take you with when I EVENTUALLY get to go out and see my dad. Got this in our last update from him this week:
“got into the Park with Guests, bumped into Carla on the road and she yelled that I should follow her. Followed her for around 12 Ks, at 80kph, and found Brendon sitting calling 4 Wild Dogs. Helped Carla get a bait out of her bakkie – an Impala – dumped it and sat. Dogs came in and a male was darted. Soon as he went to sleep, we were all invited to get up close and personal with the Pooch while he was fitted with a tracking collar. Helped cart him into the shade once it was done then sat watching until he woke up. During this process, the other 3 pooches did not stop munching on the carcase, and they were only 50 metres away. Amazing day!!”
I think you’d love it out there.
Victory’s wedding excursion is this weekend, isn’t it? Now Vic-you need to take a look at some of your own advice see. You know that you’ve been doing all the right things...so you deserve to kick off your shoes for a day and relax and enjoy.
Pet nice to see you again. So how was your break? Sometimes it’s necessary to “fall off the rails” for a few weeks to “reboot” and get long term results. I think its why I’ve been so blas! about it-the only reason I keep going back to it aside from TTC is this thread-I like coming on here and chatting and I feel like if I’m not being good I’m not allowed to be here sometimes (but don’t worry, I know thats MY problem-and not the way you all want me to feel).
And Moonflower’s wedding excursion was today-what did you wear? The blue and white sounded lovely and I do hope you wore it.
KPC Yay for the new kitchen. Gosh the bug has bitten hasn’t it? I would say I was jealous of the new kitchens going round but then I realised I’m getting a new one too! Only I’m moving a whole house to get it. I swear the agents thought I was looney. We looked at a few places. One I didn’t even get in the door because I saw the stairs (ground floor mine b*m) but there were a number where I headed straight to the kitchen-took one look and walked out followed by “but you didn’t even look at the rest of the house”. Way to go on the party booking-remind me, what type of business?
BB Can’t wait to hear all your news.
DMV glad your holidays are almost upon you-I’m sure you are looking forward to getting out into the sun a bit. And yes, I’d agree that exam time is a good enough reason for allowances. And cleaning does count as exercise you know.
Vix are you a tour guide? I noticed you talking about Cornwall the other day and wanted to ask. Now that you refer to the beaches-I have to tell you... last year November Matt decided to take me to Cornwall as my dads history is from there. We stayed near Mevagissey, in an okay apartment. But the visiting we did was breathtaking...until he took me to the beach. It must have been very clear that I was not from the parts. We went to Glendurgan gardens, had a long walk round, danced on the maypole, got through the maze and then he took me though these little gates that went to a fishing village with a beach the other side. I was so disappointed! We have a huge man made dam back home called Loskop (translated from Afrikaans to mean “Loose head”) –I actually couldn’t stop asking if that was really the ocean as I couldn’t get my head around the fact that there were no waves...to me it looked just like the dam. That was the last time I saw a beach in England and he keeps saying he should take me to a sandy beach.

ETA: WOW!After posting and looking back THAT is a long post, sorry-but I'm glad Im up to date now:)

I know you are right polka:D but food freaks me out all laid out like the buffet will be and it is not one day now because the day after SIL is laying on her famous BBQ and the day after we are going out as a family for lunch, oh the food, I have writen down the pros and cons (weight gain, feel sick, bloated, from too much food) the pros (being with the entire family, having a fab time etc) so have devised a one plate only for the buffet, no tit bits, no nibbling, no wasted cals on the bread rolls. don't drink so cals 0, BBQ go for the salad/coleslaw side and a piece of chicken say no to the sausages and bread and on the list goes but it calms me because I am semi hysterical about tomorrow, how will I look in the dress? what will my family say? Will they all look better than me? Will my kids show me up? Will I eat so much the rest of them will notice and comment or eat too little and they will also comment? Will my diabetes behave itself and give me good numbers? Oh the questions:rotfl::rotfl: I so envy a calm ,level headed, easy going person:rotfl:that is not me, I like to stress:rotfl::rotfl:

Hi everyone. Still here and reading all the posts but just feel very quiet at the mo. Nothing wrong, just not chatty. Doing some decluttering at the mo and trying to be ruthless.
Thanks for doing the chart this week unknown. I've done it quite a bit and mistakes always creep however careful you try to be, so well done on your first attempt:T. The chart does keep us going and makes a difference.

Generally around this weekend as OH working.
Polka - great news that you have somthing they can trreat you for.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
